What we eat and our approach to food affects each individual in a profound way and has many far-reaching implications for a society’s health, well-being and culture. This evening sets the scene for an approach to eating well for life.

This morning is the second part of an exploration into food and nourishment looking at daily rhythm, creating good habits, the role of reverence and beauty, the importance of sleep and illness and practical tips for simplicity when facing the daily job of feeding the family.
